They are seeking a hands‑on, technically strong Service Engineer to join their Quality Engineering & Service team at their Wellingborough facility. This role is ideal for an experienced electro‑mechanical engineer who enjoys fault‑finding, structured problem‑solving and delivering high‑quality technical support to customers across industries such as oil & gas, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical, marine and nuclear.
You’ll be responsible for repair activities, customer complaint investigations and warranty claims for advanced flow measurement products. The role involves fault diagnosis, detailed inspections, calibration support and producing clear technical reports that help drive product reliability and customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the Lead Service Engineer and wider technical teams, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the development of new repair technologies and precision methods. This is not a graduate position so proven experience and knowledge will need to be demonstrated.
