The Hot Coffee Co. is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team! With over 25 years of expertise in supplying top-quality hot beverages to the hospitality and office industries in Northern Ireland, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence in both products and customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation: Install traditional and bean-to-cup coffee machine packages with precision. Provide comprehensive demonstrations on machine operation and cleaning procedures to clients.
2. Repair and Maintenance: Respond promptly to breakdowns, diagnose issues accurately, and execute efficient repairs to restore functionality. Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent future problems.
3. Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and understanding throughout the service process.
4. Technical Skills: Possess a basic understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and wiring principles. Demonstrate a foundational knowledge of plumbing to address related issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-2 years experience as a Service Engineer, ideally in the coffee sector.
• Experience in Engineering/Electrical engineering.
• Strong time management skills and ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Clean driving license is essential.
• Methodical approach to work, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workshop and storage areas.
• Willingness to learn and adapt; training will be provided by manufacturers.
