KLEEMANN UK GROUP is seeking skilled Service Engineers to join our field operations in the UK. You will attend emergency breakdowns and restore lift operations safely, while maintaining high standards of service and safety. A strong fault-finding ability, good communication, and a valid UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering.
• Proven experience in lift service and emergency callout response.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency callouts and lift breakdowns in your designated area.
• Diagnose, repair, and implement immediate solutions to restore lift service.
• Perform minor adjustments and temporary repairs when necessary.
• Complete accurate service documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with the office team and clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
• Maintain your tools, equipment, and company vehicle to high standards.
• Adhere to health & safety regulations and company policies.

We’re seeking to expand our field operations team. We're looking for Service Engineers to join our team. Step into a key role in our UK operations and help us maintain our high standards of service and safety.

Scope of the Role

As a Service Engineer at KLEEMANN UK Group, you will be responsible for attending emergency breakdowns and restoring lift operations safely and efficiently. With three of our current engineers moving to a new project, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing service team and make an immediate impact in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency callouts and lift breakdowns in your designated area
• Diagnose, repair, and implement immediate solutions to restore lift service
• Perform minor adjustments and temporary repairs when necessary
• Complete accurate service documentation and reports
• Communicate effectively with the office team and clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
• Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota
• Maintain your tools, equipment, and company vehicle to high standards
• Adhere to health & safety regulations and company policies

Basic Qualifications
