About the team and the job:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Desk Specialist to join our IT team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support, managing desktop environments, and ensuring the smooth operation of end-user devices.
There will also likely be an opportunity to develop in other technical areas including Server Operating Systems, Networks, and Storage.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
