Lambeth Council is seeking a Service Operations Analyst for a temporary 3-6 month contract with the potential to extend or become permanent for the right candidate. The role is based at SW2 1RW and the salary is negotiable depending on experience.

• Welcoming people to IT support
• Managing the queue of people waiting
• Assessing the issue the user presents
• Referring people to the appropriate supporting service
• Giving appropriate advice if the user needs the support of a team which is not immediately available
• Keeping the area clean, tidy and professional
• Ensuring there is appropriate signage and that peripheral availability signage is updated
• Fulfilling very basic requests such as the provision of headsets and mice
• Updating request tickets in our ITSM as appropriate.
• Contacting people who have provided a poor user experience score to investigate the detail.
• Liasing with the technical teams to get people seen as needed
• Accessing team calendars etc to check for people who have appointments
