Job summary

Intec Select Limited in Peterborough is recruiting a Multilingual Customer Service Analyst fluent in Romanian, Dutch or Polish to support technical customers.

You will be the first point of contact by phone, email, chat and portal, log and prioritise incidents, resolve first-line issues, escalate complex problems, keep customers updated and meet SLA targets. This onsite role offers a six-month contract at £14.22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish, Dutch or Romanian.
• Calm, clear communicator who works well to targets.
• Proactive and looking to break into the IT world.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers by phone, email, chat and portal, in your native language and English.
• Log, categorise and prioritise incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
• Resolve first-line issues such as password resets, account access, software and hardware faults, and basic troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to second and third line with clear, accurate handover notes.
• Keep customers updated and own tickets through to closure.
• Meet SLA, response and resolution targets.
• Spot recurring issues and feed them into problem management and knowledge articles.

Onsite in Peterborough - £14.22 P/H - Initial 6 Month contract

We’re recruiting for a global technology business that is growing its multilingual service desk. If you’re fluent in Romanian, Dutch or Polish and have supported customers on technical issues, this is a strong move.

The role:
