Role & responsibilities

  1. Providing First Line Support and delivering exceptional customer service across all company sites
  2. Effectively resolving and managing issues, demonstrating IT acumen
  3. Delivering triage services to effectively prioritise business issues
  4. Building relationships with key business stakeholders and driving service engagement across the business

What’s on offer?

  • Salary: £23,000 - £26,000
  • Hybrid working (after the first couple of months)
  • Opportunity to attain relevant certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, MTA, MCSA, VCP
