Global Fire and Security Systems in Nottingham is seeking a Customer Services Administrator to join our on-site team. Based at the NG2 head office, this full-time role supports service contracts, portal communication, and scheduling, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries.

The successful candidate will handle calls, data entry, and co-ordination with engineers, with strong IT literacy and organisational skills. Security vetting may be required.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths/English at grade C or above.
• Solid IT skills and familiarity with email.
• Accurate record keeping and administrative procedures.
• Excellent time management and communication abilities.
• Experience in service administration is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Taking inbound calls and handling customer enquiries.
• Transferring Purchase Orders on Portals to our CMS.
• Call logging and raising new orders.
• Liaising with Engineers regarding workloads and bookings.
• Arranging Engineer and Manager hotel/train/ferry bookings.
• Ensure customer portals and email inboxes are monitored for same-day responses.
