Currys Plc in London (Waterloo campus) is seeking a Service Design & Transition Lead to oversee design, transition and operational readiness of IT services, guiding handover from project delivery into Operations and driving AI-enabled improvement.

You will coordinate across departments, manage budgets, runbooks and training, and champion a pragmatic AI adoption roadmap within IT Operations, with hybrid working expected 2-4 times per month.
