Job summary
Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Southampton is seeking a Service Support Manager to deliver excellent service standards, meet SLAs, and adhere to cleaning specifications and compliance procedures. You will oversee ~25 large commercial sites across the South East and South West of England, ensuring strong client relationships and smooth daily operations.
Ideal candidates will have prior management experience in soft services/cleaning, superb customer service, and good IT skills.
Qualifications
- Experience managing in soft services/ cleaning environments.
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Proficient IT skills including MS Office.
- IOSH Health & Safety qualification is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with contract clients and conduct audit inspections.
- Monitor performance against SLAs and cleaning specifications.
- Manage daily employee wages and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
- Manage day-to-day client requirements.
- Oversee service delivery across approximately 25 large commercial sites.
