Job summary

Wokingham Borough Council is recruiting a Service Delivery Officer for the MASH and Referral and Assessment Team in Children's Services. The role involves processing referrals, coordinating with MASH, and providing admin support, including minutes for meetings. A hybrid pattern is required, with in-office presence most weeks.

The post is permanent, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £29,542–£32,047 per annum and a range of benefits, including DBS checks and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience working in safeguarding or MASH settings is desirable.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals and pass them to MASH promptly to meet statutory deadlines.
• Provide administrative support, including minutes for child protection meetings and case outcomes.
