Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a Service Delivery Officer to join the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves processing referrals, ensuring statutory deadlines are met, and providing admin support across child protection processes.

Hybrid working is offered, with 2–3 days in the office per week. The team works to tight deadlines and requires strong time management, adaptability, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals and pass to MASH within statutory deadlines.

• Arrange concise minutes for child protection meetings and provide admin support.
• Communicate with families and professionals about case outcomes.
• Be available for short-notice support, and work as part of a hybrid team.
