Leaders in Care is seeking a MASH Social Worker to join a busy MASH team in Maidenhead on a 6-month contract. You will manage referrals, hold cases within the MASH framework, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver a rapid, high-quality response.

The role is office-based with parking provided. The council is offering £40.00–£42.00 per hour, with regular check-ins and a streamline payroll system. A social work qualification and registration to Social Work England are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Social Work England registration.
• Experience in MASH or multi-agency safeguarding.
• Ability to manage high caseloads and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage MASH referrals from initial contact to decision.
