Job summary

Interface Recruitment in Leeds is seeking a Service Delivery / Project Manager to oversee external IT service provision and deliver, at a hands-on level, IT programmes as part of the company’s improvement plan. You will liaise with stakeholders and lead cross-functional delivery across infrastructure services.

The role requires ITIL and a Project Delivery Qualification, a degree calibre, and a background in FS. 37.5 hours per week, contract to cover interim period with potential permanent hire.

Qualifications

• ITIL and project delivery qualifications are required.
• Degree calibre is required.
• FS industry experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Third party supplier delivery of application services.
• Co-ordination and control of third party supplier delivery of WAN, LAN and telephony platforms.
• 3rd party hosted solutions.
• Desktop design and delivery.
• Owns the delivery lifecycle and manages technical risks throughout the project.
• Communicates standards and mentors team members.
