Job summary

Ashdown Group is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead delivery of IT and infrastructure projects from Kingston, with a hybrid working model. The role focuses on governance, programme delivery, and collaboration with internal teams and suppliers to achieve business outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience delivering IT and infrastructure projects.
Strong governance and reporting discipline.
Ability to manage RAID logs and risk registers.
Stakeholder management across tech, business and suppliers.
Financial tracking: budgets, forecasts and invoices.
Incident management and problem-solving skills.
Experience in regulated or structured environments.

Responsibilities

Deliver structured IT/infrastructure projects with clear milestones and governance.
Maintain artefacts, change control, and audit-ready documentation.
Provide regular progress updates and RAID status to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery streams with internal and external teams.
Support service management and incident handling when needed.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.
