The Sanctuary Group seeks a Service Delivery Manager - Gas in London to coordinate gas servicing across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality, compliant maintenance for tenants and customers.

You will lead a team, drive performance, manage resources, and ensure adherence to Gas Safe regulations and safety standards in a cost-effective manner.

Qualifications

• Qualified to CCN1/CENWAT/CKR1/CPA1 or undergoing qualification
• Gas safety compliance knowledge required including WRAS
• Experience in managing maintenance teams and scheduling work

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor gas servicing across multiple sites
• Lead and develop your team to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensure reporting and safeguarding, welfare and health & safety issues are addressed
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of staff
• Oversee installations, surveys, and real-time scheduling with tenants
• Manage resources and equipment within budget
• Stay updated with Gas Safe regulations and bulletins

Service Delivery Manager - Gas

Kingsmead - London

£52,051 - £54,791 per year

40 hours per week – 8:00am to 4:30pm

We have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager – Gas, to coordinate and ensure the delivery of a high quality and cost effective maintenance service across multiple sites that meets the needs of our customers, inline with organisation and financial regulations.

This job sits within Compliance, which is responsible for managing the Group's compliance responsibilities including gas servicing and fire risk assessments to ensure the Group's properties comply with legislation.

The role of Service Delivery Manager - Gas will include:

• Managing, developing, and monitoring performance of your team in line with Gas legislative and regulatory requirements, helping towards the group achieving 100% compliance and providing a cost-effective and efficient service to tenants and customers
• Working with Gas Planning to look at ways we can make efficiencies making sure the engineers are working in real time and addressing any issues as they arise
• Liaising with your team making sure we are reporting and dealing with safeguarding, welfare and health and safety issues reporting these through the appropriate channels
• Assisting in the recruitment process of new staff, attending interviews, completing inductions etc
• Managing/monitoring new installations, checking heating surveys and POJ are being sent in real time, booking appointments with tenants, ordering materials, on-site inspections of work to ensure we are achieving the desired standard
• Managing resources effectively, ensuring tools and equipment are maintained by staff and stock requests are within agreed budgets
• Keeping up to date with Gas safe technical bulletins and Gas regulations and provide necessary updates to your team

Skills and experiences:

• To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, Gas Auditing Qualification, HTR1, Unvented – G3 certificate, and Water Regulations (WRAS), or currently undertaking the qualification
• Proven experience analysing and diagnosing complex problems and implementing effective solutions
• Experience of managing and developing people
• Recent experience of undertaking a similar role, preferably within a building maintenance or facilities
• Ability to use and update computerised systems (including PDA) for work scheduling
• This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
