Service Delivery Manager

The SDM is responsible for contractual and commercial relationships with L&G clients and agencies. This role supports the team by coordinating activities, generating reports, and resolving immediate issues. The SDM manages a geographically dispersed cluster of sites, many without onsite FM, and should be proficient in Hard and Soft services of facilities management with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
