Service Delivery Manager

The SDM is responsible for contractual and commercial relationships with L&G clients and agencies. This role supports the team by coordinating activities, generating reports, and resolving immediate issues. The SDM manages a geographically dispersed cluster of sites, many without onsite FM, and should be proficient in Hard and Soft services of facilities management with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Main duties include:

  • Customer Communications: Manage contracts and relationships, liaise with occupiers and stakeholders, deliver management reports, develop asset strategies, monitor satisfaction, and track objectives.
  • Commercial activity: Oversee operational performance P&L, manage budgets, and deliver cost efficiencies.
  • Contract performance data: Manage MI and reporting, monitor supplier performance, and ensure service quality and profitability.
  • Leadership and contract restructuring: Foster teamwork, plan succession, and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct risk and HSQE reviews, and develop risk management programs.
  • Manage supply chain performance to meet Bellrock standards.
What does it take?

If you’re ready to energize our business and share in our success, you’ll need:

  • Accountability for customer experience and occupier relations.
  • Experience in Facilities Management, Health & Safety, and managing multi-site operations.
  • Certifications such as IOSH Managing Safety, IWFM Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, IT, and customer service skills.
Working arrangements

We support flexible working. The role requires working from our London Paddington office two days a week and remotely for the rest.
