Job Description:

Fruition IT is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a leading finance company on a contract basis. The role involves managing relationships with critical third-party suppliers, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and enhancing operational resilience. The successful candidate will implement exit strategies and oversee supplier performance in both stable and stressed scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee critical third-party supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
2. Develop and implement exit plans to maintain operational resilience, especially during supplier stress situations.
3. Support the business in evaluating and potentially ending supplier relationships where necessary.
4. No specific tech skills required, but familiarity with payment systems and banking processes is essential.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager (or similar) within financial services.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and regulatory requirements in banking.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships with a focus on operational resilience.
