The role

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Overseeing repairs and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are carried out to a high standard.
  2. Inspecting completed works to ensure they represent value for money, such as efficient use of materials.
  3. Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting and ensuring adherence.
  4. Handling complaints and breakdowns in service to meet customer expectations.
  5. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure work is scheduled, prioritized, and completed efficiently.
  6. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Skills and experiences
  • Candidates must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in a core trade subject and hold ILM membership (The Institute of Leadership).
  • Recent experience in a similar role, preferably within building maintenance or facilities management.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety legislation application.
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and prioritize workloads.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Must hold a full valid UK driving licence, as the role involves driving on company business.

Salary: £40,415 per annum, increasing to £42,542 after 12 months, subject to performance.
