Job Description:

Pulse Nursing Agency is working with a research client on a project based in Caterham, aimed at carrying out blood tests in the community, starting ASAP.

We are seeking Band 5 Registered Nurses to join a team of 20 healthcare professionals. The clinics will be mobile, with locations changing every 5 weeks.

Successful Service Delivery Leads will have the opportunity to spend four days at other sites to understand the service operations, observe processes, and build confidence in delivery, ensuring consistency and embedding culture throughout the contract.

The role offers competitive pay rates: Mon-Fri £29.14, Sat £33.09, Sun & BH £37.50.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
• Ensuring quality care, clinical governance, and compliance targets are met
• Supporting staff attendance and scheduling
• Serving as the first escalation point for operational queries

Requirements:

• At least one year of active blood drawing experience
• Service Delivery Lead experience (preferred but not essential)
• Right to Work in the UK
