Job Description:

Pulse Nursing Agency is collaborating with a research client on a project based in Middlesbrough, focusing on community blood testing. The project involves mobile clinics with locations changing every 5 weeks.

We seek Band 5 Registered Nurses to join a team of 20 healthcare professionals. Successful Service Delivery Leads will have the opportunity to spend four days at other sites to understand service operations, observe processes, and build confidence in delivery, ensuring consistent patient experience and embedding service culture.

The role offers competitive pay rates: Mon-Fri £29.14/hr, Sat £33.09/hr, Sun & BH £37.50/hr.

As a Service Delivery Lead, your responsibilities include:

• Providing clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
• Ensuring high-quality care, compliance, and safety standards are met
• Supporting staff attendance and scheduling
• Serving as the first escalation point for operational issues

Requirements:

• At least one year of active blood-drawing experience
• Service Delivery Lead experience (preferred)
• Right to Work in the UK
