Job Description:

Job Role: Charge Nurse

Band: 5

Working Hours: Shifts vary depending on the rota. Shift timings are early: 07:30-15:30, late: 13:00-21:00, night: 20:30-08:00.

Duration: 11/11/2022 – Extensions available every 3 months.

Responsibilities: Shift coordination and allocation, medication (JAC trained), risk assessment, care planning, report writing, attendance at MDT meetings.

Skills: Experience in CAMHS inpatient setting preferred, Enhanced DBS, experience in shift coordination. For band 6 staff, sufficient experience to be the senior nurse on duty.
