Job summary

The Service Delivery Lead will motivate and develop staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and shape service development in a patient-centred, inclusive environment at Shaftesbury East Anglia.

Qualifications

  • Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards it.
  • Have experience supporting adults with a range of disabilities and support needs.
  • Be confident leading teams and driving service quality.
  • Share our values and belief in person-centred, community-focused support.

Salary : A GBP 16.41 per hour


Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)

About The Role

As Service Delivery Lead , youll play a vital leadership role across the service. Youll support, motivate and develop staff, while ensuring people we support receive consistently highAEUR'quality care that is tailored to their individual needs.


Your Responsibilities Will Include
