Shaftesbury Kenway Court in Southend-on-Sea is seeking an Enabling Support Worker to provide care and encouragement under the person-centred plan. The role involves maintaining records and supporting residents with intellectual and physical disabilities in a residential setting.
Sh Shaftesbury offers a comprehensive benefits package, including generous leave, pension, and training. Sleep-in shifts are paid in addition to the hourly rate.

As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional A GBP 60 per sleep in.
Kenway Court is a residential, community:focused care home in Southend:on:Sea.
The service supports people with intellectual and physical disabilities. People who live at Kenway Court have wide individual choice, with active support from staff. Our service offers nursing support to those with complex needs.
