Shaftesbury Next Steps in Bromley is recruiting for Enabling Support Workers. You will provide support and encouragement, following the person-centred plan and helping individuals to live a full and flourishing life.

As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional A GBP 60 per sleep in.
Next Steps is a day centre that supports young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to learn and develop life:skills and build confidence.
