NHS England is seeking a Senior Service Manager within Digital Operations and Service Management to help ensure reliable NHS services. You will coordinate incident, problem, release, capacity and availability management and engage with stakeholders to keep critical NHS services running.

You will also contribute to performance metrics, support service improvements, and assist with onboarding new services from design through the lifecycle, including ensuring alignment with office-based working

Responsabilidades

• Attend and contribute to stand-up meetings to discuss tasks, progress and issues.
• Manage day-to-day tasks to support ongoing service operations, including incident, problem, release, capacity and availability management and BAU stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to creation and measurement of performance metrics to drive service improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage relationships with service suppliers and customers.
• Support the service manager with remedial work for service-related risks, issues, escalations and stakeholder engagement.
• Improve end-user relationships to enhance understanding of the services by Service Management.
• Participate in service improvement activities through sprint-based work.
• Assist the team in introducing services from design through the service lifecycle.
