Job summary

ReFood is hiring Class 2 HGV Drivers at our Dagenham depot. No previous HGV experience required; we provide training, guidance and ongoing support to help you thrive behind the wheel.

Join a growing environmental business turning food waste into renewable energy. You’ll drive a Class 2 vehicle, perform daily checks, ensure timely collections and represent our brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV Licence
• Driver CPC and Tacho card
• Good attention to safety
• A customer-centred approach
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude – you’ll be interacting with customers and representing our brand

Responsibilities

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle to collect food waste from a variety of customer locations surrounding our depot
• Ensuring timely and efficient collections
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and helping keep our fleet and people safe
• Being the face of the business – professional, polite, and dependable
• Returning the waste to our facility where it's processed into renewable energy
