ASEL is one of the UK's leading risk management and integrated security services providers. Our ambition is to become Europe's most respected name in the industry, and our people are at the heart of that journey.
We partner closely with our clients to design and deliver bespoke technology solutions, seamlessly integrating with existing infrastructure or introducing new systems where needed. Behind every solution is a team of highly skilled, multi disciplined engineers, supported by a coordination function that keeps everything running smoothly.
We are now looking for an organised, proactive Service Coordinator to join our growing team and play a central role in delivering an outstanding service to our clients.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be the engine room of service delivery. You will plan and control works across your area, keep engineers on track, and make sure every job is completed to the standard our clients expect. No two days are the same, and the impact you make will be felt right across the business, from the engineers in the field to the clients we serve.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and takes real pride in getting the details right.
Planning and Scheduling You will plan and schedule service works across your area, thinking ahead to keep engineer diaries running efficiently and making sure every job has what it needs, from access and permits to materials and equipment, before work begins.
Keeping Jobs on Track You will keep a close eye on live jobs, spot anything at risk of falling behind, and take quick, sensible action such as rerouting engineers or rescheduling works to keep service levels high.
Accuracy and Follow Through You will check completed work each morning, update job records promptly, and make sure the systems always reflect an accurate picture of what has been done and what is outstanding.
Being the Go To Person You will be the main point of contact for live works, liaising confidently with engineers, clients, and internal teams, and keeping everyone informed with clear, timely updates.
Growing With the Team You will work closely with your colleagues, offer support and cover when needed, and bring ideas forward to help the coordination function keep improving.
Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, or service delivery role would be an advantage, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matter just as much to us.
We believe in looking after our people, offering a genuinely supportive place to grow your career.
ASEL values the diverse skills and experience of every member of our team. We are committed to equality of opportunity for all, and to building an environment where everyone can succeed based on their skills, aptitude, and ability. We want ASEL to be a place where people feel included, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
