We’re looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our growing Service Delivery team at our Corby site.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll be responsible for managing and resolving day-to-day logistical queries and issues on behalf of our customers. You’ll be the person clients turn to when they need answers — whether that’s finding out where a shipment is, investigating a missing delivery, resolving a ticket or coordinating with our operational teams to get an issue resolved.
You’ll need to be organised, analytical and solutions-focused, with the confidence to investigate problems, communicate clearly with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues across the operation.
No two days will be exactly the same. You’ll be managing multiple queries and priorities, ensuring our clients receive timely updates and that issues are followed through to resolution.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and helping people, but who is also comfortable working with data, systems and operational teams.
You will ideally have experience in a customer service, client services, logistics, transport, supply chain or service delivery environment.
