SSE is seeking a Senior Product Analyst - Operational Technology to drive analysis and delivery across OT value streams, including OT Security and OT Private Networks. The role blends product analysis with hands-on delivery, coordinating with Product Owner, engineering and governance in a regulated, asset-intensive setting.

The role is hybrid, with 50% time in Glasgow, Perth, Reading or Havant, and requires turning priorities into realistic delivery plans while managing dependencies and risks.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Product Analyst or similar in IT/OT environments.
• Experience guiding work from discovery through planning, testing, implementation and handover.
• Strong requirements engineering and process-analysis skills with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating Agile teams and backlog delivery, removing impediments while focusing on value.
• Knowledge of OT infrastructure and Purdue Model levels (3 and 3.5) including DMZs, networks and security.

Responsabilités

• Lead the analysis, validation and management of business, operational and technical requirements into epics, features and user stories.
• Develop and maintain product and service roadmaps aligned with outcomes, regulatory commitments and priorities.
• Analyse current and future-state processes to improve control, efficiency and resilience.
• Translate priorities into delivery plans with a healthy Azure DevOps backlog and manage risks and dependencies.
• Support testing, implementation and transition into operation and contribute to lifecycle decisions.
