Orona UK is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Cannock onsite team. You will work closely with Service and Account Managers to ensure the local maintenance team delivers outstanding service to customers and provide administrative support, including preparing estimates and quotations.

The role involves coordinating orders, updating systems, and maintaining strong customer relationships to meet monthly targets and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with customers and delivering service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, databases, and online portals.
• Organised with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Updating internal systems on receipt of customer orders and insurance works.
• Contact customers to schedule works by email and phone.
• Order materials and support from technicians.
• Close completed repairs and report monthly targets.
• Manage live order book and provide production forecasts.
• Support regional service administration functions.
