Job summary

Orona UK is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the onsite team in Glasgow. You will work with Service and Account Managers to ensure the local maintenance team delivers outstanding service to customers and provide administrative and commercial support, including preparing estimates, issuing repair quotations and follow-ups.

You will coordinate with technicians, manage orders and materials, and help maintain accurate reporting and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Experience building effective relationships with internal and external customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Word and Excel; able to operate databases and online portals.
• Organised and able to work to demanding deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Update internal systems on receipt of customer orders and insurance works.
• Maintain regular contact with customers via email and telephone to agree suitable dates for works.
• Order materials as required and coordinate with technicians for technical queries.
• Manage inbound materials and distribute to engineers and subcontractors.
• Close out repairs and ensure monthly targets are met.
• Maintain live order book and provide accurate reporting to management.
• Guide customer expectations on services provided by the company.
• Support regional service administration functions.
