ORONA UK is seeking a Service Engineer in Birmingham to join our Service team. A comprehensive Lift engineering background, including an NVQ 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent, is required. You will perform planned maintenance, service visits, and respond to client needs.

Ideal candidates have experience with lifts, strong customer skills, and a valid UK driving license. This is a field-based role with opportunities for growth within a global leader in vertical transportation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits.
• Meet agreed customer response times, building relationships with our clients.
• Provide regular updates to the Service Supervisor/Service Manager.
• Problem solving and working on your own initiative.
