Join Our Dynamic Team as a Service Coordinator!

Are you passionate about driving efficiency and ensuring top-notch service in the manufacturing and production industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our client's team in Southend on a permanent basis!

What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee coordinators, ensuring seamless operations.
Train new staff members to foster a knowledgeable team.
Liaise with various departments to swiftly resolve issues.
Attend client meetings and prepare regular performance reports.
Run statistics to monitor team performance and celebrate successes!
Conduct catch-ups and provide constructive feedback to individuals.
Handle escalations both internally and externally with professionalism.
organise workloads to ensure timely task completion.
Collaborate with the service manager to enhance efficiency and margins.
Perform quality control spot checks and guide team members accordingly.
Update processes and training materials to keep our practises sharp.
Assist with recruitment, including CV reviews and interviews.
Participate in high-level meetings, contributing to strategic discussions.What We're Looking For:
