Rapid Energy Ltd. is seeking a Service Coordinator to join their operations team in Redditch. This is an essential role responsible for coordinating engineering services and ensuring smooth operational delivery. You will manage engineer scheduling and logistics, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Starting Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join Rapid Energy as a Service Coordinator within our operations team. This role plays a vital part in the day‑to‑day coordination of engineering services, fleet compliance, and operational administration across the business.
As a Service Coordinator, you will work closely with engineers, logistics providers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure the smooth delivery of installations, reactive breakdown support, planned maintenance, and off‑hire processes. This is a fast‑paced and varied position that requires excellent organisation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
