Service Coordinator

Salary: £25,397

Hours: 8:00 - 17:00

Location: Paisley

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your administrative skills in a busy and dynamic environment? Our client, a leading organisation in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will provide essential support by responding to customer support calls and coordinating with a team of regionally based technicians to ensure the smooth completion of onsite service works.

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for logging new service calls and liaising with customers. Your excellent planning skills will be vital as you allocate and schedule service technicians to meet customer requirements.

This role also involves general administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the Service department.

  • Scheduling experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
