About the Role

Jenson Fisher are delighted to be seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Aberdeen based client on a permanent, full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you'll be the vital link between the engineering team, customers, and suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination of service delivery. From scheduling to problem-solving, you'll be at the heart of ensuring operations run efficiently and that clients remain satisfied.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and manage the engineering team's workload, ensuring tasks are prioritised and deadlines met.
  2. Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed about job progress, timelines, and any changes.
  3. Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers to order parts and materials, track deliveries, and resolve issues.
  4. Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, or technical issues.
  5. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle general administrative duties related to service coordination.

What We're Looking For:
  1. Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, such as service coordination, scheduling, or administrative support, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
  2. Organisational Skills: Exceptional multitasking ability with a keen eye for detail.
  3. Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport across teams and with customers.
  4. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or scheduling software.
  5. Problem Solver: A proactive mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
