Accent Housing Group is seeking a Service Charge Specialist for a hybrid role with travel to schemes in the South and East. The position is a 2-year fixed-term contract, 35 hours per week, with a salary around £38,500 per annum.

You will verify data, uncover the true story behind service charge schedules, and work with Asset teams to ensure fair apportionments in tenancy and lease agreements. Proactive individuals with strong Excel and housing management software skills will help safeguard data

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service charge management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex residential leases and identify discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Verify data and scrutinise service charge schedules across schemes.
• Identify discrepancies and distinguish errors from necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with Asset teams and leadership to improve processes and data integrity.
• Travel to sites for data verification and site visits in the South and East.
