Job summary

Accent Group is seeking a Service Charge Specialist for a 2-year fixed-term contract. Hybrid work with travel to schemes in the South and East; aligned to Peterborough or Camberley offices. 35 hours/week, 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri.

The role focuses on verifying service charge data, improving data integrity, and ensuring fair apportionments across schemes. The successful candidate will travel for site visits, work with asset teams, and support process improvements to future-proof our data and tenancy

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service charge management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail essential.
• Ability to interpret complex residential leases and identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Excel, housing management software and finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Visit sites to verify service charge data and spot discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Asset teams and leadership to align data with tenancy and lease agreements.
• Ensure accurate apportionments and improve data integrity across Accent.
