Accent Group Ltd urgently seeks a Service Charge Specialist to join our transformation journey. You’ll visit sites across the South and East, verify data, and ensure service charge schedules are accurate and aligned with tenancy and lease agreements.

A strong eye for detail and proficiency in Excel and housing management software are essential. In this 2-year fixed term role, you’ll work 35 hours per week, with hybrid working and travel when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service charge management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, finance systems and housing management software.

Responsibilities

• Visiting sites to verify service charge data and schedules.
• Identify discrepancies and advise on adjustments.
• Collaborate with Asset teams and leadership to ensure fair data across schemes.
• Support data integrity and tenancy/lease alignment.
