Job summary

ACCENT housing is recruiting a Service Charge Specialist for a hybrid role with travel to schemes in the South and East. The position is a 2-year fixed-term contract, 35 hours weekly, with a base salary around £38,500 per year and progression opportunities.

You will verify service charge data, work with Asset teams, and ensure fair apportionments aligned with tenancy agreements. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in service charge management with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret complex tenancy and lease agreements.
• Proficiency in Excel, finance systems, and housing management software.
• Strong communication with stakeholders; collaborative and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Visit sites to verify data and scrutinise service charge schedules.
• Collaborate with Asset teams and leadership to ensure accurate apportionments.
• Ensure data integrity across schemes and align with tenancy/lease agreements.
• Travel to sites in the South and East for hands-on verification.
