Job summary

Bellrock Group in the UK is seeking an analytical specialist to manage a portfolio of commercial service charges for blue-chip retail and leisure clients. You will review budgets, reconciliations and leases, identify savings opportunities and negotiate with landlords and managing agents to achieve the best outcomes.

Working in a hybrid role, you will collaborate with clients and external stakeholders, communicate findings clearly, and maintain accurate portfolio data using our InsightRE system

Qualifications

• Experience working with commercial service charges
• Experience communicating with landlords and managing agents
• Understanding of leases and contractual terms
• Ability to analyse service charge budgets and financial information
