You will drive daily and weekly shift briefings, SOP adherence, and monthly process-focused presentations while monitoring KPIs and coaching team performance to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisory professional or Night Shift Team Leader in a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead briefings and present ideas confidently to management.
• A proactive, positive mindset and the ability to motivate a team on a night shift pattern.
• Excellent understanding of operational metrics, KPIs, and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Team Communication: arrange daily and weekly shift briefings to communicate objectives, updates, and key information.
• SOP Mastery: describe, maintain, and train team on all SOPs within your remit.
• Continuous Improvement & Presentations: deliver monthly presentations on processes and focus areas.
• KPI Management: monitor operational KPIs and own meeting targets.
• Performance Leadership: coach team members to meet performance expectations.

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour + 20% Shift Allowance

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving team performance and operational excellence? 3PL Resources Limited is currently recruiting a dedicated Night Shift Team Leader to join our client’s team in Wellesbourne. This is a full-time, temporary position offering a fantastic path to secure a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Team Communication: As a Night Shift Team Leader, you will arrange daily and weekly shift briefings with your team to clearly and positively communicate objectives, updates, and key information.

SOP Mastery: Confidently describe, maintain, and train team members on all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within your operational remit.

Continuous Improvement & Presentations: Coordinate and deliver monthly presentations to your peer group and Line Manager covering applicable processes, including a deep-dive into a focus area of your choice.

KPI Management: Maintain a strong understanding of operational KPIs across your area and take ownership of meeting these targets consistently.

Performance Leadership: Ensure all team members clearly understand their performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching to help them reach their goals.
