Job summary

NQC LIMITED, based in Manchester, is hiring a Service Analyst on a permanent basis. The role focuses on supporting suppliers using NQC's platforms, with a blend of customer-facing support and compliance analysis. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 (37.5 hours), with a hybrid model and regular team events.

You will handle inquiries, perform validations, and ensure high-quality service aligned with SLAs, contributing to global platform solutions used by major brands.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian (verbal and written).
• Experience in a support centre or customer contact centre is desirable.
• Willingness to learn bespoke NQC systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to external users of NQC platforms.
• Own designated targets set by the team leader.
• Handle inbound enquiries via web chats and phone calls professionally and promptly.
• Follow established workflows for handling user inquiries and validations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients and suppliers.
• Maintain knowledge of the NQC platform to ensure customer satisfaction.
