Job summary

Snows Peugeot Basingstoke is seeking a Service Advisor to be the focal point for customers seeking advice, servicing and repairs. You will manage information flow between workshop and customer, ensuring excellent service and accurate invoicing.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer-facing experience, a full driving licence, and retail automotive service exposure. The role offers progression and a competitive package within a well-established dealership group.

Qualifications

Customer-facing experience in a service role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Full clean driving licence.
Proficient with PC/web applications.
Retail automotive service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for customers seeking advice, servicing and repairs.
Provide accurate estimates and keep customers informed on progress.
Prepare and present invoices and costings in line with procedures.
Coordinate between workshop and service reception to manage workflow.
Support technicians with queries and ensure warranty/goodwill submissions are handled correctly.
