Stoneacre Motor Group is recruiting a Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and coordinate between the workshop and customers. You will drive a smooth flow of information, manage inquiries, and support a high-pressured environment while upholding Stoneacre's standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a service-advisor role, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn RTC/Kerridge/ADP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year service advisor experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with RTC or Kerridge/ADP systems preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer communications between workshop and customer.
• Identify service needs and agree work with customers.
• Liaise with workshop to confirm vehicle completion times.
• Process payments and issue invoices.
• Maintain premium customer service and satisfaction.
