Job summary

Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver premium customer care and seamless communication between the workshop and customers. You will manage inquiries, identify service needs, agree on work and timescales, and liaise with the workshop to keep customers informed throughout the service process.

The role requires excellent communication, a minimum of 1 year as a service advisor, and a proactive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum service advisor experience.
• Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in person).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
• Willingness to attend manufacturer training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer communications and interactions for the dealership.
• Identify service needs and agree work with customers.
• Liaise with workshop to confirm completion times and relay updates.
• Process payments and issue invoices.
• Support handling complaints per policy.
• Ensure handover and administration of customer vehicles is thorough.
