Zohorecruit is recruiting for a Service Advisor at a Bradford dealership. You will be the first point of contact for customers, booking vehicles into the workshop and communicating progress.

The role offers a friendly, family-run environment and ongoing manufacturer training to develop your skills. You will work as part of a team in a busy setting, with hours around 42 per week and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Full training will be provided for those joining as a trainee, giving you opportunity to attend manufacturer Courses and access to continuous internal coaching and support. Please note that offsite travel for brand training is a mandatory requirement for this role.

About You

You must be able to work as part of a team of Service Advisors in a busy, fast past and rewarding environment. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role.

As a Service Advisor your duties will include dealing with all customers in a professional and prompt manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department. Advising Customers on technical queries and issues they may have, you will be first point of contact for booking in vehicles into the workshop for work to be carried out informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.

Hours

42 hours per week- agreed in line with site rota, inclusive of Saturday rota.
