Responsibilities include handling customer communications, booking into the workshop, preparing estimates and invoicing, and coordinating with Technicians to track progress. A customer-focused, calm, and efficient approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication face-to-face and by telephone.
• Book vehicles into the workshop, prepare estimates and complete invoicing.
• Liaise with Technicians to monitor progress and communicate updates.
• Keep customers informed and obtain authority for additional work.
• Manage courtesy car bookings and customer handovers.
• Promote relevant products and services professionally.
