Renault Retail Group is looking for an Aftersales Advisor (Service & Parts) to join our Aftersales operation at Renault Romford, located on the Southend Arterial Road in Harold Wood (RM3).
This is a varied role within our Service and Parts departments, supporting customers both face-to-face and over the telephone. Unlike traditional Aftersales positions, you'll work across both Service Advisory and Parts Advisory activities, helping provide a seamless experience for customers while supporting the wider Aftersales team wherever resource is most needed.
This role would suit someone who enjoys customer interaction, has strong organisational skills, and is looking to build a broad understanding of dealership aftersales operations.
We're keen to hear from candidates with previous experience in a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Dealership Reception, or similar customer-facing automotive role.
You should be comfortable communicating with customers, handling administration accurately, prioritising multiple tasks, and working collaboratively with colleagues across both Service and Parts functions.
Experience within a franchised motor dealership would be advantageous, although we would also welcome applications from candidates with strong customer service experience who are keen to develop within automotive retail.
Familiarity with CDK Drive, Kerridge, ADP Autoline, Keyloop, or similar dealer management systems would be beneficial.
A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential for this role.
Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
This role also participates in a 1-in-2 Saturday rota, working 8:30am-12:30pm. Saturday hours are paid separately at time-and-a-half.
Basic salary is £34,750 pa. This role has a bonus potential enabling an OTE of £41,700 pa. The bonus criteria are linked to a combination of Service and Parts departmental performance measures. An ECOS Company Car is part of the package too.
